Return Policy

Product that is defective or damaged by the manufacturer will be promptly replaced by www.ToddlerTracks.com. Contact us via e-mail (info@toddlertracks.com) within 14 days of original purchase so that we can replace the defective or damaged product. In general, returns are accepted and refunded if we are notified within 14 days of purchase. Merchandise must be returned to www.ToddlerTracks.com (PO Box 290785 Columbia, SC 29229) at the sender’s expense. The product must be in "new" condition in order for the refund to be processed. Please allow 45 days for the refund to process.
